"Mairead - the Moon Skull Fairy" is the latest work added to the Elves and Fairies gallery. She is rendered with .3mm HB and .5mm 2B graphite, with vine charcoal on 8.3" x 10.7" heavy bond Bristol paper with a matte ground. The work is finished with an archival safe fixative. The model is one of my favorites to work with because she is so natural and has done well with posing for other Moon Skull pictures over the last three years. Recently she moved away so with the emergence of the Skate Girls series this may be one of the last Moon Skull fairies I do for a while.
